Switched on team members!

Lately I have been had the privilege to meet or talk to so many switched on team members. They have all had a mixture of roles, from managers, front desk professionals and nurses.

What excites me the most when I am speaking to these lovely people is the potential they can bring to their practice.

They have all had amazing attitudes, are excited to be talking to me about their practices and what they want to achieve as a team. They are undoubtably assets to their practices.

What I love more is the autonomy these team members are given – that says to me that they have a good leader in place!

Some of these people I have already had the pleasure of working with, the others I will be   meeting over the next 8 weeks. But boy do I love working with these people!
