Emails to practices – results revealed!

So you may of seen the video giving you some great tips regarding dealing with you new patient emails but here are the results.

I am not naming any practices! We contacted 10 practices and here are the results:

So as you can see some practices had not even replied one week later! Most replied within the day – thats great but the content was poor.

No-one had a auto response on saying thank you for your email, let alone including that you were closed for a bank holiday!

All of the emails contained short sentences, at most two paragraphs and they quoted the fee.

No value, no getting to know the patient, AND not one email has been followed up to date!
