What is a sprint?

A sprint is a focused, intensive workshop designed to achieve specific goals within a short period. Unlike traditional, longer-duration courses, a sprint is characterised by its:

Concentrated Duration: Our sprint spans three days, dedicating a concise, one-hour session each day. This format is tailored to deliver impactful learning and strategic planning without needing a long-term commitment.
Specific Focus: Each session of the sprint is meticulously planned to cover key aspects of implementing a Treatment Coordinator role in a clinic. From understanding the role’s strategic importance to practical aspects like recruitment and change management, every topic is targeted to provide comprehensive knowledge in a compact time frame.
High Energy and Engagement: Sprints are dynamic and interactive. They are designed to keep participants engaged and motivated, with a mix of activities to complete over the four days

Do I need to attend each session?

Ideally. There will not be time to go back over the previous day. We have a lot to get through!

Will it be recorded?

The session will not be available for playback. We are working together live each day.

I would like my clinic manager to join is that ok?

Absolutely, anyone in the management team can join – the fee of £75 is per practice. Please note this is not for TCOs themselves.

Will I have a workbook or documents?

Yes each day I will provide the workbook that you need and we will work on each area unique to you.
